Predict Enzyme Catalytic Site
You can specify a query enzyme either by a protein ID or a sequence. Currently, the following protein ID types are supported: Swiss-Prot accession number (e.g. P77444), entry name (e.g. SUFS_ECOLI), and PDB chain ID (e.g. 1C0N:A). Otherwise, if you want to predict your own sequence, you can either input/paste the FASTA or upload a FASTA file.
